Mark R. Mullins

Mark R. Mullins is Professor in the Graduate School of Global Studies and Faculty of Liberal Arts, Sophia University, Tokyo, where his teaching and research focuses on religion in modern societies. He is the author and co-editor of a number of works, including Religion and Society in Modern Japan (1993), Christianity Made in Japan (1998), and Religion and Social Crisis in Japan (2001). He is currently writing a book on neo-nationalism and religion in contemporary Japanese society.
