Laura R. Olson

Laura R. Olson teaches political science at Clemson  University. Her books include Religion and Politics in America: Faith, Culture, and Strategic Choices, Filled with Spirit and Power: Protestant Clergy in Politics, and Christian Clergy in American Politics. She spent 1999-2000 as a visiting fellow at Princeton Universityâ??s Center for the Study of Religion. 2003 winner, Fluor Daniel Student Government Excellence in Teaching Award. Teaches American Government, Religion and Politics, Political Parties and Elections, and Interest Groups and Social Movements.
