Joseph Hammond is a freelance journalist who has been published in California, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Egypt, and Jordan. Joseph began his career in journalism as a boxing writer, a sport he still treasures. Joseph’s professional experiences have ranged from working on U.S. and NATO bases in Italy, Japan, and Germany to working with United Nations Refugee Works Association in Amman, Jordan. Joseph has also worked as a Radio Free Europe correspondent in Cairo, Egypt where he is currently based.
