Gareth Higgins

Gareth Higgins is a Northern Irish writer, storyteller, and peace activist, now living in the United States. Author of books on cinema, spirituality, and peacemaking, he is passionate about art, storytelling, and experiencing the miracle of ourselves where we are. Gareth holds a doctorate of sociology from Queen’s University Belfast and wrote his doctoral thesis on questions of religion and conflict in Northern Ireland and the United States. His work has appeared via many media outlets including BBC Radio, Sojourners Magazine, Rewire.me, and his popular podcast “The Film Talk” with co-host Jett Loe (www.thefilmtalk.com).
