Brad Stoddard

Brad Stoddard is an associate professor at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. He is the author of Spiritual Entrepreneurs: Florida’s Faith-Based Prisons and the American Carceral State. He also edited or coedited several books and is the coauthor of the primary source reader, Race and New Religious Movements in the USA: A Documentary Reader. He is currently researching entheogenic communities in America and beyond for a project tentatively titled “High for a Higher Power.”
