Ann Withorn
Ann Withorn is an activist and professor of sociology at The University of Massachusetts, Boston and has written extensively on poverty and welfare issues. She is co-editor of the anthology, For Crying Out Loud: Women’s Poverty in the United States (South End Press, 1996).
